How to make the time flys look like a jersey
The New York Times is reporting that the New York Red Bulls are set to sign goalkeeper Josh Saunders.
The Red Bulls were expected to have their first cap of the new year on Thursday.
The news is a little odd considering the Red Bulls have a roster full of young goalkeepers, but the timing seems to fit.
Saunders has been on a hot streak in the last month, scoring two goals and assisting two others in the team’s win against the Montreal Impact on March 31.
Saunders is only 23-years-old and is entering the final year of his rookie deal.
The MLS transfer window closes March 23.
He is expected to be an expensive acquisition, especially if he is signed by an MLS team.
The deal is expected pay off in the $4.25 million he will make in 2018.
